as a father i can’t imagine losing either of my sons. not in this way. i cannot imagine what it would feel like, the sadness and the rage. as a country we have to do better. this is not ok. the status quo is not ok. we have to have hard conversations. we have to make a change so this does not happen again. we have to be better.
